LAYOUT

The property is one level. The non-pretentious entrance is in the rear of the building. The wooden door opens into an averto, open plan sitting room, with dining and kitchen and two sets of French doors that open onto the pool terrace and floor to ceiling glass doors which open onto the pool that sweeps into the villa and benefits from stunning views to the valley and sea below.

Outdoor: The pool terrace is completely private and is the highlight of the villa as you look out to the hillside and sea beyond. An evening out on the terrace watching the sunset and awaiting the arrival of the stars. A barbecue is provided for your use.

Utility Room: Utility room is located in the basement area and has a standard size washing machine, iron/ ironing board.
